The company is awarded a major 5 year contract to design, fabricate and erect structural & domestic steelwork at Heysham Nuclear Power Station Stage II. Company employee numbers swell by 300 during this time. |
1985 |
Exclusive manufacturing rights are obtained from USA patent holder for the manufacture of a range of “Front End Loader” Waste Collection Equipment. |
1988 |
Company relocates as continued growth demands bigger factory premises. The move is to new 40,000 sq.ft premises at Middleton Business Park, Heysham, Lancs. situated on it’s own 11 acre site. |
1990 |
The company is awarded a major contract for the supply of copper foil production equipment, to a Taiwanese client. |

A second major contract for the supply of copper foil production equipment, to a Chinese client. |
1992-1995 |
A third and fourth major contract – Phase 1 and 2 for the supply of copper foil production equipment to a South Korean client. |

The company undertakes significant works across the North West providing metal design, fabrication and site installation services. |

The company develops products and services for the waste water industry including percolating filter bed distributors serving UK utility company customers. |

A fifth major contract for copper foil equipment is signed with a Taiwanese customer. |

The company collaborates with Yates Foil USA Inc. (a copper foil producer) to design and develop new equipment for the worldwide copper foil industry |

A new range of copper foil equipment is launched. |

A sixth major contract for copper foil equipment is signed, again with a Taiwanese customer. |

A seventh major contract for copper foil equipment is signed with a Chinese customer. It is the largest single order in the company’s history. |
2002~2005 |
The company implements a change in policy by closing its manufacturing facility in the UK and transferring manufacturing to facilities in Poland. |
2007 |
An eighth major contract for copper foil equipment is signed with a Taiwanese customer. |
2008 |
A ninth major contract for copper foil equipment is signed with a Chinese customer. |
2009 |
The company launches a new website to include its range of Weaverbrook products for the Water Industry. |
